#PromoteTheVote

In the last election, 41.7% of eligible adults did not vote. That’s around 100 million people. But honestly, it’s understandable. Voting is confusing, and like everybody says, one vote doesn’t matter.

Well, one vote might matter more than you realize. In 1920, one vote gave women the right to vote. In the last 20 years, more than a dozen races were decided by just one vote.

So we launched #PromoteTheVote–a bipartisan effort to empower voters across the country.

Together with so many other campaigns, we helped inspire one of the biggest voter turnouts in the last century.

We started by putting together a toolkit with voter education materials, branded assets, volunteer opportunities, and more.

We then took to LinkedIn where we launched a first-of-a-kind campaign that invited people to promote themselves to “Voter” and help #PromoteTheVote. We created a LinkedIn page that acted as a landing page with instructions and ways to help #PromoteTheVote.

The toolkit then inspired a video which we used to drive engagement. The video was pulled together in just over a week.
